Please make payments by direct bank transfer or cash in £ Sterling.
This saves you from paying PayPal, foreign exchange, or Credit Card fees.
Payments should be made before each session starts, or at the start of the session if paying cash.

Current Hourly Rate - £50 (moving to £55 per hour from 5th April 2026)*

Cancelling or rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice normally attracts no fee*

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice normally attracts a half-session fee.*

No notice or less than 12 hours' notice sessions will normally be charged a full-session fee*

Late fee payments of £1 per day will be charged on outstanding invoices of 5 days or more*

Making a payment
Cash or Direct bank transfers (£ Sterling) are preferred: Direct Bank transfer details are shared in the contract and welcome pack when you become a client. You or your funder will receive this information electronically before the 1st session.
Further appointments will not be offered until the monies owed are paid in full. An invoice will be sent if requested or for outstanding fees on the day the service was offered. A reminder is usually sent 24 hours later if the invoice is still not paid. Late fee payments of £1 per day will be charged on outstanding invoices of 5 days or more.
Whichever payment method you use, payments must be received in full to the equivalent cash value in pounds sterling (see hourly rate).
Need to Pay with PayPal?
If paying by PayPal, credit card or a different currency, you agree to cover any additional, transfer or conversion fees. If paying via PayPal, you can pay either our session fee of £50 per hour if you select 'paying a friend' or £51.80 if you select 'paying a business', as PayPal charges (1.5% + £0.30). If paying £75 for 1.5hours, then it's £75 if you select 'paying a friend' or £76.43 if you select 'paying a business'.
There are no additional fees if you pay cash or by direct bank transfer.
