Please make payments by direct bank transfer or cash in £ Sterling.

Payments should be made before the session begins, or at the start if paying cash.

Cancellations, Late Payments & Late Arrivals
Cancellations fees:
More than 48 hours’ notice: no fee*
24–48 hours’ notice: half-session fee*
Less than 24 hours or no notice: full-session fee*
Payments:
Payments are due before the session begins (or at the start if paying cash). You can also pay securely via Payit.
Late Payments:
£1 per day will be added to invoices overdue by 2+ days, backdated to day 1.*
Late Arrival:
If you do not join the session by the halfway point, it will not proceed, and you will be charged the full-session rate.*

Insurance, employer, and EAP fees may differ due to the additional and external workload, policies and procedures involved.
Making a payment
Cash or Direct bank transfers (£ Sterling) are preferred: Direct Bank transfer details are shared in the contract and welcome pack when you become a client. You or your funder will receive this information electronically before the 1st session.
Further appointments will not be offered until the monies owed are paid in full. An invoice will be sent, upon request or for outstanding fees, on the day the service was offered.
Whichever payment method you use, payments must be received in full to the equivalent cash value in pounds sterling (see hourly rate).
If you must pay with PayPal?
If paying by PayPal, credit card, or in a different currency, you agree to cover any additional transfer or conversion fees. If paying via PayPal, you can pay either our session fee of £55 per hour if you select 'paying a friend' or £56.13 if you select 'paying a business', as PayPal charges (1.5% + £0.30). If paying for 1.5 hours, it's £82.50 if you select 'paying a friend' or £84.04 if you select 'paying a business'.
There are no additional fees for paying cash or by direct bank transfer.
