A concessionary £10 discount is available for student Counsellors for personal therapy.

Late Payment Terms: Future appointments can not be booked if balances remain outstanding. You can pay for multiple sessions in advance. Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 2 days will incur a £1 per day late-payment charge, calculated from the first day overdue.* Late Arrivals Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so please try to join or arrive on time. If you are running late, please let Mervyn know as soon as possible. Where possible, your session can continue for the remaining appointment time, but the session cannot normally be extended beyond the scheduled finish time. If you have not joined the session by the halfway point of your scheduled appointment, it may not be possible to proceed with the session. In this situation, the full session fee remains payable. We understand that unexpected things happen, and we will always try to respond reasonably and fairly to individual circumstances. * Reasonable limits apply. Time2Talk reserves the right to set and manage these limits. Insurance, employer, and EAP fees may differ due to additional external workload and the policies and procedures involved. Where payments remain substantially overdue despite attempts to resolve the outstanding balance, we may refer the balance to an appropriate debt-recovery service.
Alternative Payment Methods
Cash and direct bank transfer are preferred. If you choose an alternative payment method such as PayPal or credit card, please add a £2 processing surcharge. Please check with us beforehand if wishing to make International, foreign exchange or other altnerative payment methods.
